I realize how being overweight affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover and nourish the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I didn't know I could be so strong! My goal has always been to be fit and strong. I didn't have the confidence nor the knowledge of where to begin. Not only has Tish taught me form and function, but she's encouraged me to challenge myself, to keep going when I don't think I can and reminds me that getting healthy takes time and has peaks and valleys. My self-confidence has skyrocketed and spills over into other areas of my life. I feel so empowered when I finish a workout!

Working Out with a Physio Ball


My wife Laura Beth has been working with Tish at Milestone fitness for quite some time now. Tish’s has an amazing ability to read Laura Beth‘s physical strengths and weaknesses and adjust her workouts to increase her overall physical strength, stamina, balance, and coordination. The upbeat energy makes Laura Beth’s workouts the highlight of her day. I also must mention that Laura Beth‘s suffers from early onset Alzheimer’s. Tish has patience, empathy and kindness. Words will never do justice to how grateful I am and how strongly I will recommend Milestone fitness.

Indoor Stretch


I started on my journey with Milestone Fitness a little over a year ago and Tisha saved me from myself. I thought that I was in shape because I went to the gym regularly before Covid hit. I clapped for myself after completing what I thought was a challenging workout. Struggling to get through the warm-up of my first workout with her made me realize that I had been standing in the way of my full potential. Being pushed to perform in a healthy way and changing my diet to mainly plant-based has me feeling and looking better than I have in decades. My workouts are designed with my needs in mind and I am finally reaching my fitness goals. Tisha is the best about making adjustments in the moment to make sure I am getting everything I need from each workout. She will forever be the captain on my fitness journey!

Squat Workout


I have been working with Tisha Johnson for almost a year. Tish truly cares about her clients. I have struggled with several different issues and Tish adapts my workout to suit my needs. She has such a wonderful uplifting attitude towards working out, people, and life. I ALWAYS feel better after working out with her and I’m always happy I went. Tish is also very creative in the workouts she designs. It never gets boring. While we are working out she is constantly encouraging and giving me positive reinforcement. I am so happy she and her gym are in my life.

My sister, niece and I work out with Tisha every Monday evening, and have been doing so for almost a year. It’s made Monday my favorite day of the week! Physically I’m significantly stronger and feel better than I have in years, but a workout with Tisha is so much more than that. In addition to the perspiration she brings motivation, inspiration and a huge dose of good humor – the combination is magical. We’re so thankful for all that Tish has contributed to our wellness.
